Being from out of town and selling my mother's house, I was in a bit of a bind as to who to use as my realtor since I did not know any of the local realtors. I met Clay and Pat through a recommendation of a realtor in my home town who said he was impressed with their enthusiasm. I set up an appointment and immediately I felt at home with their professionalism, happy dispositions and positive outlook. I had a good feeling because we connected and were able to exchange information freely and without reservation. They were thoughtful, reflective, and understanding of our situation and were determined to get us what we wanted within the time frame we needed. That was on Saturday afternoon. The house had three showings on Monday and we sold it Monday night by 6 pm! Frankly we were amazed at how quickly this transpired and delighted that we had a solid offer and a fast closing date. Not having sold a house before, I was not sure as to what I needed to do along the way. No detail was too small for Clay to look after, including changing a light bulb and running out to the hardware store to have a key made for us. He took care of everything and let me know what I needed to sign, where and when! Clay and Pat contacted me on a regular basis, via phone, email and fax to update the closing progress. I never felt out of the loop and was never worried that something would go wrong. If it did, I knew Clay would sort it out. I highly recommend Clay and Pat. They make a dynamic duo and have double the client base - Brighton and Trenton - to pull from. They certainly are diligent workers and we were lucky to have them on our team!
